Working closely with schools, we develop tools and systems to connect and engage the broader community – faculty, support staff, students, parents and volunteers – to produce meaningful solutions that fit each school's unique circumstances.

OPA recently developed a modular classoom for a small school in California. Our design process included using online tools and surveys to obtain valuable input from staff and students. We designed hands-on math and environmental science exercises to gain meaningful input from students and used on-site workshops with academy leadership.

Process

As a multidisciplinary firm, OPA is able to provide a wide range of services beyond basic building design: conceptual planning, 'mission' stratetiges, community outreach, capital campaign materials, environmental graphics and web design.
